Herbed Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Eggs

  • Assorted Herbs

  • Food release or butter

Procedure:

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Reserve eggshells for seedling project.

  2. Add 1 tsp herb mix per egg.

  3. Whisk together herbs and eggs until combined.

  4. Warm your skillet or frying pan and spray with food release or add a pat of butter to grease.

  5. Pour egg mixture into frying pan and use spatula to constantly to constantly scramble eggs. Continue until eggs are a spongy consistency (or the consistency you desire).

  6. Plate and enjoy!
